Our intention is to create opportunities for all of our clients to have their pets receive top-notch veterinary care in a timely fashion. This policy will help prevent last-minute gaps in our appointment books and allow us to utilize our team to its fullest capacity, ensuring our community has access to valuable medical appointments for their beloved pets.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice when canceling appointments. This allows us to offer that spot to a pet in need if you are unable to attend your appointment.
If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and do not show up for your appointment, a $50 charge will be applied to your account to be paid before your next visit. If 3 no-shows occur in a row, we will ask that you pre-pay for the exam portion of your next visit.
